Job Description
We are seeking a candidate to add to our maintenance team. Would be responsible for all buildings, grounds, pool and other amenities in assigned area of campus. Willingness to be a self starter and be able to work with minimum supervision is a paramount. Must be a team player and demonstrate flexibility in responding to client and facility needs.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms for cleaning; climb or balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, talk and hear. The employee must be able to life and/or move up to 100 pounds. While performing duties, the employee will at times be exposed to the natural elements (e.g. summer heat, winter cold, etc....)
