What’s In It For You:
• $43,000 to $48,000 Salary
• Very Aggressive Profit Sharing Plan. You Receive 5% to 30% of the Profit from Your Restaurant. The Higher You Build Your Profit, the Larger the % of Profit You
Receive
• We Pay 75% of your Medical and Dental Insurance
• We Pay $500 Per Year into Your Health Savings Account
• Paid Time Off. Start with 20 Days of Paid Time Off Your First Year and Grow to 30 Days Per Year after 11 Years
• We Will Pay You 4 weeks for Short Term Medical Leave or Paternity Leave (Some Requirements Apply)
• 401K Retirement Plan - 100% Match Up To 3% of Salary
• Paid Bereavement and Jury Leave
• Military Reserve Leave
• $50,000 of Term Life Insurance

• 2+ Years of Management Experience
• At least 45 Hours Per Week with Daytime, Evening and Weekend Availability
• Driver’s License
• ServSafe
