Requirements: At least 21 years of age, part-time & full-time available, previous bartending experience is required. Must be a team player, professional & outgoing with strong communication skills, be able to organize and prioritize tasks, think on the fly and provide creative solutions to problems. Must take pride in your work and your team. Capable of starting conversations with strangers and forming relationships with regulars.
Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service continuously going the extra mile to make guests feel valued and at home. Start conversations at the bar, staying up to date on local events, sporting events etc. to better initiate conversation. Create a fun & inviting atmosphere. Keep liquor costs low by consistently following drink recipes. Measure all ingredients to insure consistent drink quality. Have a concrete understanding of craft beers, craft spirits and fine wines. Pass liquor service and informational training, consistently mix quality cocktails, keep bar and bar equipment clean and organized, take pride and ownership of your workspace.
