We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate behavior technician to join our team. As a behavior technician at our company, you'll be responsible for assisting behavior analysts to implement various treatment plans.
You will work one-on-one with patients and help them with daily activities, monitor their behavior, collect and record data on their progress, and communicate with the patient's family. To be successful in this role, you will display empathy, compassion, and discretion in your work.

To be successful in this role as a behavior technician, you should have the following skills:

Our team understands the unique needs of the military family. We provide home-based services in North County San Diego (including Camp Pendleton) and in the Inland Empire (Temecula area).
