RBT Job Description 

We are looking for an experienced, dedicated, and compassionate behavior technician to join our team. As a behavior technician at our company, you'll be responsible for assisting behavior analysts to implement various treatment plans. 

You will work one-on-one with patients and help them with daily activities, monitor their behavior, collect and record data on their progress, and communicate with the patient's family. To be successful in this role, you will display empathy, compassion, and discretion in your work.

RBT Requirements 

  1. Relevant experience in applied behavioral therapy.
  2. Certificate, bachelor's, or associate's degree in behavioral health. A degree in a related field is also acceptable.
  3. Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry patients.
  4. RBT Certification 
  5. BLS/CPR Certification 
  6. Reliable Transportation
RBT Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate and communicate with the training of parents, staff, and clients.
  2. Provide a safe, empathy-filled, and supportive environment for patients and their family.
  3. Maintain strict confidentiality for all client work.
  4. Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one or group therapy setting.
  5. Perform clinical assessments and other administrative tasks.
  6. Attend RBT training to always keep your skills up-to-date.

To be successful in this role as a behavior technician, you should have the following skills:

  3. An ability to develop and maintain relationships with clients, colleagues, and supervisors.             

Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00 to $26.00 per HOUR
