Essential
Functions:

When required perform hands-on activities to
assist the team with the daily upkeep and administration of the companies'
network infrastructure and computer systems

Communicates project status, risks and other
issues to assigned staff, management and other stakeholders and makes
appropriate recommendations.

Maintains high availability of all critical data
center components
·
Acts as a trusted advisor to Senior Management on
industry best practices
·
Act as the day to day liason to third party
technology support vendors
·
Manages company resources as efficiently as
possible, while continuously driving down operational cost
·
Collaborates with management on driving
innovation throughout the company
·
Acts as a mentor and shares knowledge with team
members
·
Obtains 99.9% availability for all key business
systems
Requirements:
This role requires strong experience and demonstrated skill
managing complex IT infrastructure projects and vendors, and very strong skill
with VMWare virtual server, cloud services to include Offfice 365 and Azure, all
facets of networking as well as Windows desktops (VDI) administration, active
directory and mobile device troubleshooting

Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
and/or recognized industry certification (MCSE, CISSP, CCNA, CCNP)
·
5-7 Years of Relevant Experience Including;

Microsoft Operating Systems and User
Management

Cloud services

Experience with Microsoft BackOffice
Technologies; IIS, SharePoint,

Healthcare industry preferred
·
Working Knowledge of Virtualization Technologies,
including Virtual desktops
