Job Description • Serves meals to patrons according to established rules of etiquette, working in formal setting - presents menu to diner, suggests dinner courses, appropriate wines, and answers questions regarding food preparation.
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills; must be fluent in English o Ability to interact with individuals at all levels in a pleasant and professional manner o Proficiency with MS Office applications o Ability to train and supervise employees o Logically and independently plan, organize and complete work assignments o Must maintain a neat, clean and professional appearance
• At least 2 years of experience in position with similar duties and responsibilities • Fine dining experience required • Ability to work positively in a fast-paced environment. • Ability to be on your feet and alert for extended periods of time. • Basic to intermediate English communication skills. • Ability to work effectively within a team. • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed. • Continuous use of hands and arms. • Continuous bending, reaching and twisting. Ability to navigate stairs with food service trays
