UTILITY - DISHWASHER AM/PM



Job Description

Must Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Entry level postion. Minimum 1 yr experience in full service restaurant
Proper cleaning, sanitation and upkeep of all equipment
Must follow company policy for appearance and uniform, including not wearing colognes or perfumes
Contribute to all aspects of guest satisfaction
Ability to follow all written and oral direction,
Ability to work at a fast pace for extended periods of time
Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays
Be able to lift 50 lbs
Will stock, rotate and place incoming shipments and stock as directed
Receive and store supplies properly
Load and unload trucks
Set up and break down of event equipment
Clean and wash all dishes and utensils either by hand or machine
Sweep, mop and sanitize floors.
