Lead Technician / Supervisor



Job Description


Detailed Services has an opening for a night time lead floor care technician and supervisor. Qualified candidates should be experienced in:

• Commercial carpet cleaning
• VCT / resilient tile finishing
• Machine / Auto scrubbing
• Power washing / tile and grout cleaning


Additional skills and duties include:

Night time availability (generally between 5pm - 5am Sunday-Thursday)
Ability to train and supervise supporting crew members
Pass pre-employment drug screen, background & driving check
Have reliable transportation.

Detailed Services provides project cleaning for restaurants, hotels, commercial facilities thru-out the Minnesota region. You will most often be driving company vehicles form our Ramsey location to job sites within 150 miles. Due to the variety of locations and type of facilities we service, the ideal candidate will be able to work with a flexible schedule, be able to multi-task, supervise and train crew members and provide other operational support.

This is a mid level opportunity for the right candidate with tremendous growth potential in both responsibility and salary. Starting salary is contingent on experience and work availability.

Detailed Services specializes in commercial project cleaning services, including carpet cleaning, VCT and Quarry tile maintenance, ceiling cleaning and other specialty cleaning services. We service the Minneapolis, St. Paul, St. Cloud, and western Wisconsin area.
