Job Description
The Independence Houses in Lincoln is looking for a highly motivated, compassionate, hands on LPN to join our team. In your position as an LPN at our communities you will flex your days between our 3 communities in the Lincoln area managing care for our memory residents. We are looking for an individual that likes to teach as well as enjoys hands on care working as a team to help the aides as needed. This position does require some on-call responsibilities. If you are someone who enjoys a smaller community and having fun at work with a bit of flexibility to your hours, we would love to visit with you!

The Independence Houses
The Independence House, locally owned by a Registered Nurse, provides specialized assisted living facilities in a small home-like setting. Our facilities specialize in caring for individuals that have been diagnosed with dementia. The staff provides care, support and education to help families cope with the changes that dementia brings to their lives. The Independence Houses also provide palliative care, for those individuals diagnosed with an illness that causes pain or other health concerns. All four communities provide services to maximize comfort and quality of life.
