Are you a motivated Professional Nurse wanting to leave work every day knowing you have made a positive impact not only with residents and family members, but fellow associates as well? We are looking for dynamic individual who takes pride in their work and enjoys working with dementia residents and seniors. Our company is looking for a Part-Time Nurse Coordinator to work regularly scheduled weekday business hours with back up on-call duties.
Scheduled hours will be Monday, Wednesday, Friday 8am-4pm
The Nurse Coordinator is responsible for staff training, assessing residents, coordination of care services for residents’ needs, developing care plans for residents and monitoring and requesting medications and supplies for residents.

The Independence Houses
The Independence House, locally owned by a Registered Nurse, provides specialized assisted living facilities in a small home-like setting. Our facilities specialize in caring for individuals that have been diagnosed with dementia. The staff provides care, support and education to help families cope with the changes that dementia brings to their lives. The Independence Houses also provide palliative care, for those individuals diagnosed with an illness that causes pain or other health concerns. All four communities provide services to maximize comfort and quality of life.
