Regional Manager

Job Description

Estep & Company Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Regional Manager. The person selected for this position will be responsible for the successful operation of multiple locations within the local market.The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years experience in a district manager position.

Regional Manager Job Description and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Responsible for directing, leading and guiding teams ensuring all facets of Estep & Company Inc.
Subway Sandwich Shoppes execute daily performance standards meeting all Subway and Estep & Company Inc. standards
Maintain customer service levels to ensure customer service meets and exceeds the guest’s expectations
Implement and maintain employees training and development at every level by leading by example
Meet goals set by company in labor, food cost, sales growth, cash over short, customer experience scores, maintain store compliance per Subway standards
Maintains business records. Analyzes business records to increase sales, secure loss prevention and maintain overall well-being of company stores, start to finish
Communicate changes of food preparation, formulas, standards, etc. to staff
Follows and maintains local and national health and food safety codes
Ensures company safety, security, and money handling policies are followed
Recruits, rewards, and terminates staff as needed
Manages all costs
Ensures quality of service, product, and cleanliness
Scheduling proper preventative maintenance of buildings and equipment
It is your responsibility to effectively communicate with all his/her subordinates
We offer a competitive base salary and quarterly bonus. 

This position will also be afforded a cell phone allowance, laptop computer, and the use of a company vehicle.

Estep and Company Inc. began with one small Subway store in 1990 with just six team members. Since then, Estep & Company, has merged into the Five Guys Burgers & Fries Restaurant chain, established the Catering Call center for Subway, and manage Service my Restaurants, a maintenance service for other Subway restaurants.
