Production Coordinator



Job Description
We are looking for a Production Coordinator to join our team, with exceptional teamwork capabilities and a strong passion for computer animation and visual effects as it relates to the themed attraction and special venues industry. This role is ideal for candidates with strong organizational & communication skills, an understanding of standard media production pipelines and a willingness to learn about new technologies applicable to our field.

Responsibilities include:
• Maintain a great working relationship between the Executive Producer, CG Supervisor and CG Artists.
• Track artists' tasks and schedules.
• Track daily goals and production milestones.
• Work with the pipeline TD department to improve workflow and troubleshoot issues.
• Produce weekly reports tracking overall studio progress across all projects.
• Coordinate with the CG Supervisor daily to manage priorities and scheduling.
• Be willing to extend or adjust work hours to manage, wrangle, package outgoing files and deliverables during crunch time.
• Coordinate and submit materials directly with clients and vendors when needed.
• Ensure that production deliveries are on time, contractually complete, and elevate any concerns well in advance.

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in animation, VFX, or game production management.
• Advanced level of experience with Shotgun and MS Office is essential.
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop & Premiere Pro.
• Experience working with a team in a mixed software environment.
• Candidate must be organized, self-Motivated, pro-active, problem solver, communicative, and team player.
