Building the perfect pizza and have fun doing it is the first step to building your career at Fired Up Pizza. Sharpen your customer-service and teamwork skills, learn to make great food and get ready to grow. Looking for the "right" person who wants to do what it takes to be a great team leader! This job will be in the higher wage department(in the pizza industry)for the right person.
Applicant will be expected to work 45-50 hours a week, be a team leader, and lead your crew by example. It's a 5 full day a week work week, and applicant is expected to be there on the busiest shifts. Applicant must have the ability to direct employees , and not be afraid to "Manage" your crew! For the right applicant we will pay up to 70K a year with full benefits. We don't need a crew member, we need a crew leader!
The ideal candidate will:
• Have the ability to develop positive working relationships with all restaurant employees and work as part of a team by helping others as needed or requested
• Have the ability to speak clearly and listen attentively to guests and other employees
• Have the ability to maintain a professional appearance at all times and display a positive and enthusiastic approach to all assignments
• Be able to exhibit a cheerful and helpful attitude, and provide exceptional customer service
• Be able to adapt to changing customer volume levels with a sense of urgency
• Have the ability to demonstrate a complete understanding of the menu
• Be able to follow instructions for recipes and sanitation guidelines
• Have the ability to be cross-trained in all areas of the kitchen and line

Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 per HOUR
