Client Service Associate - Entry Level

Job Description

We’re looking for an Entry-Level Client Service Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional client-facing support while also assisting with marketing initiatives. You’ll be instrumental in ensuring seamless client interactions and helping enhance the customer experience.

This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in customer service and marketing support, allowing you to interact directly with clients, assist with promotional efforts, and contribute to the success of marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for clients providing exceptional and professional service at all times.

  • Manage client interactions, delivering timely, clear, and accurate information on services, project updates, and addressing client concerns.

  • Collaborate with internal teams, especially marketing, to ensure client needs are effectively communicated and campaigns are executed smoothly.

  • Support marketing efforts, including preparing promotional materials, assisting with client outreach, and collecting feedback to improve future marketing campaigns.

  • Document client interactions in CRM systems, keeping records of all feedback, concerns, and requests up-to-date and organized.

  • Assist in client onboarding and foster long-term relationships through proactive, ongoing communication and support.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED required; a degree in marketing, communications, or business is a plus.

  • Entry-level – no prior client-facing experience required; experience in customer service is a bonus.

  • Full-time availability, with flexibility to adjust to client needs and work schedule.
