As an Entry Level Client Service Associate, you’ll help execute impactful outreach campaigns while supporting client relationships and ensuring every initiative runs smoothly. Your work will help connect communities with important causes and strengthen nonprofit missions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for assigned clients—address inquiries, resolve issues, and build strong relationships.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to plan and carry out public outreach efforts that align with campaign goals.
- Assist with community engagement initiatives, including setup, logistics, materials preparation, and on-site support.
- Monitor campaign progress and gather feedback to support continuous improvement.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and shared understanding of goals.
- Maintain a proactive, solution-focused attitude in client service and campaign support.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- A team-oriented mindset and ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for community involvement, nonprofit work, or social advocacy.
- Experience in marketing, client service, outreach, or public engagement is a plus—but not required.
