We’re currently hiring a Customer Service Associate to join our dynamic, collaborative team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in client support, marketing coordination, or nonprofit services.
Act as the primary point of contact for client and campaign-related inquiries
Provide timely, professional communication to clients and partners via email, phone, and in-person
Support internal coordination between departments to ensure event and campaign success
Help with onboarding new clients and contribute to building lasting relationships
Manage client data and campaign progress using CRM software and tracking systems
Support local nonprofit events, campaign logistics, and community outreach efforts
High school diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
No prior client service experience required — entry-level candidates welcome
Background in customer service, hospitality, retail, or admin is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and multitasking abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-based environment
