We’re hiring an Entry-Level Management Trainee to join our immersive rotational training program designed to accelerate your growth into a leadership role.

What You’ll Do – Management Trainee Responsibilities:

Participate in a hands-on rotational training program across core departments, including marketing, operations, HR, customer service, and event planning.

Support and coordinate nonprofit events, live activations, and community-based promotional campaigns.

Professionally represent partner organizations at public events and outreach activities.

Assist team leads with workflow coordination, daily operations, and performance tracking.

Attend in-depth training sessions on leadership development, project management, and outreach strategy.

Analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose operational improvements.

Shadow department leaders, receive mentorship, and complete real-world training projects.

Maintain accurate documentation and present key findings and recommendations to company leadership.
What We’re Looking For – Ideal Candidate Profile:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
