Consumer Resolution Specialist (Call Center) - Immediate sign-on and retention bonus: $500 after date of hire.*

Job Description

We are looking for candidates that can manage and collect delinquent accounts by utilizing a supportive, consultative approach that helps debtors identify the most suitable way to resolve a balance in the best interests of all parties.

You will be expected to meet daily, weekly and monthly goals set by management, which help you to qualify for additional bonus payouts.

Previous call center or collections experience preferred. Collection Master software knowledge a plus.
