Job Description
Check, change and document skin dressings/wounds. Perform weekly body audits. Complete quarterly reports. Evaluate skin issues. Provide emotional support for the residents and families. Possess a working knowledge of MDS assessment process.
BAYLOR position available Friday, Saturday & Sunday
