How will you impact our mission? Every position at Idaho Youth Ranch contributes to the success of our mission. As the Case Manager for the Hays House residential facility, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by working collaboratively with staff and the client’s family to be a referral source in the process of assessment, care coordination, and advocacy to meet the needs of each client. Every member of the IYR works to contribute to the Programs and Services in their own way to make them accessible to all youth who need those services in Idaho.
o Must be 21 years of age
o Must have a valid Idaho driver’s license or obtain one within 15 days of hire
o Bachelor’s degree in a human services field or exceptional professional experience that providers the equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in the field
o 1 year experience in a related field
Our Case Managers:
o Assists with managing client files
o Assists in discharge planning, including the coordination of family and community resources
o Participates in implementation of reintegration tasks for each client and client-family
o Coordinates and schedules appointments with clients/families to include staffing, medical visits, family visits, etc. Resolves conflicts with appointments and treatment needs that may occur.
As a 501(c)(3) Non-Profit, the Idaho Youth Ranch is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PLSF) program. The PLSF offers student loan forgiveness on qualifying loans under specific conditions. Speak with your loan provider for more information.
