How will you impact our mission? Every position at Idaho Youth Ranch contributes to the success of our mission. As a Clinical Supervisor, you can proudly tell your family and friends that you help nurture hope, healing, and resilience in Idaho’s youth by guiding a team of therapists in their work which includes clients in our residential programs, privately referred clients, and contract services. The IYR uses evidenced-based therapies to help kids who have been victimized, abused, traumatized, or are homeless to overcome their pain and create positive meaningful relationships while pursuing a positive future.
You will be normally scheduled to work the day shift, but work will include late afternoon/evening times when client family is available, including weekends. You must be able to respond to crises at any time of the day or night.
o Master’s degree in social services field required or Ph.D in psychology
o Minimum three years demonstrated clinical supervision experience
o Current license in their field of study (LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Ph.D) with the certification to supervise clinical hours
o 1 year experience developing and managing budgets preferred
Our Clinical Supervisors:
o Direct the work of therapists and case managers to maintain program operations that are consistent with the model(s) and standards chosen to reflect agency mission and values
o Collaborate with the Intake and Referral Coordinator on the assignment of cases and assisting therapists and case managers in managing caseloads.
o Develop and monitor Professional Development Plans and evaluations
o Coordinate with other department programs to ensure clinical and case management services are effectively delivered
