• Responsible for answering outbound/inbound calls
• Greet incoming visitors and answer any inquires
• Conduct any scheduling and creating calendar events

Will Train Ideal Candidate in the following areas:
Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
Payroll and Human Resources
Other Areas, we have lots of room to grow!
Some previous administrative experience would be nice.
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Pay attention to detail, and the ability to follow special instructions
Bilingual in Spanish and English is preferred – can speak, read and write.
