Imagine Solutions is looking to hire a Bilingual (Spanish & English) office assistant. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment with ability to multi-task. The candidate for this position should have exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and employees.
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English – can speak, read and write.
• Responsible for answering outbound/inbound calls
• Translate documents and communications.
• Scan and Copy Documents
• Greet incoming visitors and answer any inquiries
• Conduct any scheduling and creating calendar events
• GREAT personality and eagerness to learn
Will Train Ideal Candidate in the following areas:
• Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
• Medical Billing
• Payroll and Human Resources
• Other Areas, we have lots of room to grow!
• At least 2 years of previous administrative experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Pay attention to detail, and the ability to follow special instructions
• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English – can speak, read and write.
• Must be able to pass a background check as required
