  • Providing 1:1 therapy to children with autism in the child’s home and community settings
  • Collaborating with a team and providing feedback of child’s progress with Program Supervisor (BCBA)
  • Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans
  • Teach communication, behavior, self-help, and social skills
  • ABA experience a bonus, but not required
  • Experience with children preferred
  • Punctuality, reliable, and professionalism a must
  • Attend team meetings and trainings

Educational Qualifications and Skills

  • 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Exercises discretion in private and sensitive matters
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Effectively and appropriately communicates in varying environments
  • Positive and energetic
  • Able to adapt and remain calm in challenging situations
  • Must have reliable transportation, drivers license, car insurance, and smartphone
  • Must meet background check & drug test requirements

Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 to $20.00 per HOUR
