Responsibilities
- Providing 1:1 therapy to children with autism in the child’s home and community settings
- Collaborating with a team and providing feedback of child’s progress with Program Supervisor (BCBA)
- Collecting data and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Teach communication, behavior, self-help, and social skills
- ABA experience a bonus, but not required
- Experience with children preferred
- Punctuality, reliable, and professionalism a must
- Attend team meetings and trainings

Educational Qualifications and Skills
- 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Exercises discretion in private and sensitive matters
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Effectively and appropriately communicates in varying environments
- Positive and energetic
- Able to adapt and remain calm in challenging situations
- Must have reliable transportation, drivers license, car insurance, and smartphone
- Must meet background check & drug test requirements
Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 to $20.00 per HOUR
