Ads/Digital Operations Associate, Traffic Buyer (non Sales)

About this position:
The employee in this position will be on our Operations team, with their primary responsibility of setting up Facebook campaigns for our customers and making optimizations to ensure their success.
This is mostly done using our proprietary technology, so the ability to learn a new technology is vital.
Currently we have 120+ ads campaigns running, with campaigns ending and starting every day
In addition to campaign implementations and management, they will be responsible for projects and knowledge gathering - we’re a startup there’s definitely an opportunity to get lots of experience in different areas (e.g. Marketing content creation to competitor analysis to campaign analysis) want someone who knows what CPM or CTR mean, ready to learn in a startup environment
Really want a quick, fast thinker, someone with a natural curiosity to learn new things and take on more responsibility
OKRs include low costs per results, number of projects completed

Must haves:
Ability to work in a remote environment -> Proactive, dependable
Quick thinker, quick learner
Focused on process improvement (including their own speed)
Technical (knows what some of these things are, even if they don’t know how to use them yet: CTR, CPM, json, xml, a fancy excel formula)
Entry level to 2 years experience
Process driven
Numbers speak to them - analytical
Innovative, creative thinker
