Our client is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider to join their growing team in Salem, OR. This role will be responsible for providing direct patient care, evaluating and examining new patients, managing patients who are undergoing treatment, and monitoring patients after treatment is complete.
Required:
Master's degree or higher
Any of the following licenses/certifications in the state of Oregon (OR):
Valid APRN
Valid PA
Any of the following licenses/certifications:
Valid Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA)
Valid ANP
Valid Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)
Valid GNP
Valid Physician Assistant-Certified (PA-C)
Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS)
an NP or PA role (2+ years)
Are you fully vaccinated against COVID-19? (yes)

Preferred:
1+ years experience in any of the following:
an Oncology clinic
Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
