Descripion:Our client is searching for a Client Engagement Manager, this person will be responsible for all phases of the client life cycle including implementations, data analysis, workflow design, project management, and relationship management for health insurance clients. This individual will understand the customer’s business objectives, the technical components of our solutions, and maintain accountability of a successful implementation and use of our health predictive analytics products.
Primary responsibilities for this role include creating an environment in which the client achieves optimal performance with the predictive analytics healthcare products; Lead implementations by defining business needs, configuring recommendations, and establishing ROI metrics to ensure maximum benefit. You will also review client dashboards and generate insights to optimize performance, document client progression, and work with sales, data science and engineering to ensure client satisfaction.
Top Skills Requirements:
- 5+ years in health underwriting at a health brokerage, insurance, consulting, or corporate benefits company
- Strong oral and written communication with the ability to create long term business relationships.
- Able to meet and exceed objectives with a deadline
-SQL and BI Analytics tools such as Tableau, Power BI or QwikView are desired.
Pay: $125,000.00 to $130,000.00 per YEAR
