Seeking a New Business Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help organizations revamp their social recruitment strategies. We want a hunter who enjoys cold calling and isn’t intimidated by technical products.
We are looking for someone who:
Has demonstrated strong performance in lead generation, cold calling, objection handling and closing deals.
Has the ability to learn quickly and to apply new information in customer-facing scenarios.
Is independent, self-motivated and success-driven, yet willing to work within a team environment.
Thinks that excellent human relation skills and a sense of customer service are the key to a company’s success.
What You’ll Do
You will be working along with the US New Business Sales team, and will be responsible for generating new business.
More precisely, you will:
You will target potential revenue opportunities (cold call) and build a pipeline to reach quota
Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects via phone, email, social media and professional networking
Identify client’s needs
Set meetings and present our products to key decision makers
Generate proposals and negotiate with prospects while knowing how to tackle objections
Build and develop account relationships and close sales quickly
Light travel when appropriate
