Clearance: All qualified candidates must have a minimum
of an active TS/SCI level security clearance. By virtue of that, US Citizenship
is required.
Position Overview:
RIVA Solutions is seeking to support the The
National Guard Bureau (NGB) on a long term program. The National Guard is
a dynamic and fluid organization, subject to ongoing changes in missions and
force structure as dictated by the DoD, OSD, DA, and AF. The candidate should
be adaptable to such changes and ensure that timely and continuing guidance and
assistance are provided to Government leaders and offices, through ensuring
consistent and efficient business processes.
Requirements
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in research, task
process analysis/oversight, demonstrated by positions held in project and
data analysis career fields is desirable.
- The ability to make informal
judgments and timely decisions;
- Strong oral and written
communications skills;
- Proven ability to analyze
complex technical issues and presenting them in clear and concise
language;
- Able to display confidence when
briefing senior leadership;
- Demonstrated knowledge of
functions and missions of the National Guard and its function within the
DoD;
- Knowledge and/or experience in
the use of electronic task management systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred educational background
may be from one of the following fields of study: Business/Public
Administration, Business Management, Public Policy, Economics, or
Marketing.
- Prior experience supporting the
Army National Guard Bureau
