Your key job responsibilities as the Player Development in Johannesburg, South Africa will include:
- Building real relationships with Pot VIP players – understanding their preferences, personalities, and playstyles.
- Creating loyalty magic through exclusive VIP programs, special promotions, and unforgettable player moments.
- Staying one step ahead with proactive outreach via calls, email, and live chat to keep players engaged and connected.
- Driving growth by encouraging increased gameplay and deposit activity through smart, data-driven incentives.
- Monitoring player behaviour to identify churn risks and take swift action to boost retention.
- Collaborating across teams – marketing, customer support, product – to elevate the full player experience.
- Solving problems fast with efficient, empathetic support that leaves players feeling valued and heard.
Requirements for this Player Development job in Johannesburg, South Africa:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing or VIP management role, ideally within iGaming or a high-volume service environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
- A natural ability to build rapport and trust with a diverse range of personalities.
- A strong sense of ownership, initiative, and a passion for delivering next-level service.
