Sales Representative



Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated, and competitive Sales Representative who can not only sustain, but accelerate our national sales momentum. Qualified candidates will know how to prospect, close, and grow sales in new markets. Candidates with previous sales experience in a contract manufacturing environment preferred.

This role is primarily an outside sales position and will require travel up to 60% of the time. As part of the sales team you will also work closely with the Director of Sales and Marketing to establish and execute sales strategies to achieve our revenue goals as well as assist with the development of marketing strategies.

Duties & Responsibilities
• Provide first class customer service to existing customers.
• Responds promptly to all customer inquiries, and coordinates the effort to solve technical, engineering, production, quality or product performance issues.
• Identify leads, manage prospects and acquire new OEM accounts in target markets.
• Prepares and delivers quotes and/or proposals.
• Assist customers in determining needs and suggest design and fabrication options.
• Assist in the development of sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
• Gather and monitor information on market behavior, competitive trends, and customer feedback
• Project a positive attitude and image in all communications with customers, employees, business partners.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers, employees, and vendors
• Computer proficiency
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and keep accurate customer records
• Ability to be flexible and adapt to quick changes
• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and related functions highly desired
