Krane is building the future of construction supply chain management—modern, end-to-end project and portfolio workflows for general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. We’ve shipped our MVP, landed early customers, and are raising our Series A.. Now we’re hiring an experienced, adaptable Director of Product to lead product vision, cross-functional execution, and help scale the platform into an industry-defining solution.
Define and evolve our multi-user product vision (GCs, subcontractors, suppliers), and communicate direction quarterly and by sprint.
Lead sprint planning, unblock engineers, write PRDs, prioritize features, triage bugs and customer asks—balancing short-term execution with long-term strategy.
Manage and collaborate with our design team to deliver intuitive, high-impact UI/UX for non-technical users in construction.
Work closely with Customer Success and Sales to gather insights, validate concepts, and ensure development aligns with actual customer workflows and needs.
Act as the central product owner across engineering, design, and executive teams, including the CEO and Head of Ops.
Define and recruit for future product roles (e.g., AI PM, Technical PM) and help build a high-performing product org.
Experience in construction tech or a strong appreciation for complex, real-world workflows and personas in the construction ecosystem.
Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. You’ve taken products from 0→1 and beyond.
5–8+ years of product experience, including leadership roles at a scaling B2B SaaS startup.
You don’t need to write code, but you understand software architecture, APIs, data models, and can hold your own in technical conversations.
You’ve worked closely with design teams, helped shape UI/UX strategy, and can confidently critique and guide design decisions.
Strong communicator who can navigate between engineering teams, customers, and C-level stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
Comfortable in a high-expectation, high-reward environment—we’re building one of the most important companies in ConTech history.
