Remote Process Analyst

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Remote Process Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and analyzing process improvements, implementing new systems, and providing strategic recommendations to clients.

Responsibilities:

- Conduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement in business processes

- Develop and implement new processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather information, define requirements, and design solutions

- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implemented changes and provide feedback to management

- Utilize data analysis tools to identify patterns and trends in operational data

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business goals and tailor process solutions to meet their specific needs

- Provide training and support to clients on new processes and systems

- Conduct ongoing process reviews and make recommendations for continuous improvement

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to incorporate into process improvements

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

- 3 years of experience as a Process Analyst or similar role

- Proficient in data analysis and process mapping

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Proven track record of implementing successful process improvements

- Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g. Lean, Six Sigma)

- Knowledge of project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello) is a plus

- Availability and willingness to work remotely and occasionally travel to client locations
