Join Our Team at Lakeshore Behavior Consulting! Curious what it’s like to practice ABA outside of the clinic? At Lakeshore Behavior Consulting, our BCBAs provide behavior support and consultation directly in local schools. As a school-based BCBA, you’ll conduct assessments, create behavior plans, attend meetings, and collaborate closely with school staff. Our team comes from a wide range of backgrounds, and we welcome both experienced BCBAs and new grads. No school experience? That's okay. We offer strong mentorship and support. What We’re Looking For: We believe BCBAs do their best work in a supportive and balanced enivironment, and we're committed to providing just that.
