Job Description
This position will create highly detailed cost estimates, reports and documentation.? REQUIREMENTS Related degree/training certification (preferably in a construction related field) 1 - 3+? years’ experience as a construction Estimator/?Project Manager Skills in MS Excel, Word and Outlook Expertise at reading, understanding and interpreting construction reports, plans, blueprints and schematics Highly proficient verbal and written communication skills demonstrated by the ability to clearly articulate thoughts, ideas and information in a clear and concise manner and to compose letters and documents using appropriate and proper language, grammar, spelling, sentence structure and punctuation Superior attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines, produce quality finished work documents and maintain impeccable documentation Strong project management, mathematical and analytical skills Proven creative thinking and problem solving skills, an inquisitive nature and demonstrated intellectual curiosity Excellent organizing and multi-tasking skills and a demonstrated ability to follow through on all projects, tasks or assignments A track record of personal success and a desire to learn Professional appearance and demeanor and strong presentation and interpersonal skills
