Job Description
This position will responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource functions including the administration of the human resources policies, procedures and programs, departmental development, Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS), employee relations, training and development, benefits administration, compensation, organizational development, and employment. Requirements 1-3 years of experience as a HR generalist Knowledge of principles and procedures for personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, labor relations and negotiation, and personnel information systems. Proficient computer skills in MS office
