Job Summary
As a Remote Data Entry Specialist at Lead The Way LLC, you will be responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining data across various systems and platforms. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately input data from source documents into company systems and databases

Review data for discrepancies or errors, correct any incompatibilities, and ensure data integrity

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations, and perform regular backups

Communicate with internal teams to ensure data consistency and quality

Meet daily/weekly productivity goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred

Strong typing skills (minimum 50 WPM) with excellent accuracy
