ABA Clinical Supervisor



Job Description
Want to work with children? Like to help children learn and develop? Interested in working with children with special needs?

Work with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in the child's home (in Gratiot County, MI) or in a center location (Alma, MI) as an ABA Clinical Supervisor. Provide supervision and oversight of treatment services (applied behavior analysis) under the supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). Provide ABA services directly as needed.

Provide supervision and monitoring of treatment plan implementation by behavior technicians. Provide feedback and recommendations to staff to help children make progress on goals. Create individualized treatment plans and progress reports. Complete parent training as needed.

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree and BCaBA (assistant BCBA) credential; or Bachelor's degree and willing to obtain coursework and requirements for BCaBA credential; or Master's degree in psychology, education, or behavior analysis and willing to complete BCBA coursework; or BCBA credential.

Must have interest in working with children with disabilities and/or autism.
