Job Description

SOUS CHEF for a new restaurant opening. Steak and Seafood experience preferred in a high volume restaurant.

Salary between $50,000-55,000

Requirements:
1-2 years Sous Chef experience
$3-5 million in sales experience
Strong knowledge of food costs and labor costs

Must be available all shifts!!
