The Assistant Store Manager must be a motivated manager who can take full charge of store operations when the Store Manager is not present. This position includes heavy on-floor interaction with customers. You will supervise our cashiers and associates on the sales floor and open/close the store. You will be responsible for ordering some of our merchandise. You must be comfortable with using a point of sale system for sales and purchasing. You will be a key member of the company management team working to expand sales and profitability.
You must have experience working in a garden center. You must be able to communicate effectively and present yourself in a professional manner. This is a full-time position and you must be able to work weekends – both Saturdays and Sundays. This position is at our store in Grapevine, TX. Local candidates only please – we cannot pay for relocation.
