Job Description
Marshall Grain Company, established in 1946, operates a garden center in Grapevine, Texas. We specialize in native Texas plants and organic gardening. We offer full-service landscaping installation and maintenance to residential customers in our trading area. We are currently looking to add a Landscape Designer to the landscape department. We seek a design professional who can work with residential customers from initial contact through design and installation. You must have experience in landscape design and appropriate plants for the North Texas climate. You must be able to prepare designs using a computerized design tool. Prior experience with organic gardening methods is a plus. You must be comfortable selling your services and negotiating contracts. You must be able to communicate the design requirements to our landscaping crews. This position can be either full-time or part-time.
This is a straight commission position with the opportunity to make a 6 figure income.
