Job Description Responsible for daily operations & profitability of restaurant; Provides professional leadership & direction to all personnel; Delivers revenues and profits; Provides outstanding restaurant service; Maintains safe, orderly, & clean restaurant; Leads by example.
Key Responsibilities: • Train employees to Meatheads’ standards and provide an assessment of staff performance. • Actively supervise and motivate staff. • Make final decisions on FOH and BOH hiring. • Promote company culture & the 3 Take Cares. • Assist in development of Assistant Managers, Supervisors, and Employees. • Enter & troubleshoot Monday morning Inventory, posting only when accurate. • Use Daily Labor Graphs to understand restaurant's labor performance day-over-day. • Use Daily Hot Sheet to understand restaurant's financial performance day-over-day. • Calculate weekly & daily sales projections and schedule to ideal labor. • Proficiently analyze P & L reports and variances. • Maintain operations by preparing policies that serve to ensure standard operating procedures are being followed. • Maintain guest satisfaction by monitoring, evaluating, and auditing food. • Ensure best guest service by performing table visits. • Implement and oversee production, productivity, quality, and service standards. • Maintain and enforce sanitation standards and procedures. • Determine need for system improvements and brainstorm solutions. • Control purchases and inventory. • Accomplish company goals and explore opportunities to add value. • Actively participate in the community, including partaking in networking events. • Measure pulse of community, staying informed on school calendars, community events, etc. that may affect business. • Build and maintain relationships with local sports leagues, schools, and libraries.
Qualifications/Skills: • 2 years of Management experience in fast casual concept • Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). • Commitment to high quality service and food. • Excellent Math Skills • Knowledge of basic training skills. • ServSafe Certified. • Strong organizational skills; ability to manage priorities and workflow • Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm • Excellent customer service skills • Good judgment with the ability to make timely and sound decisions • Creative, flexible, and innovative team player • Bilingual skills a plus • Professional appearance and demeanor • Ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels and from various backgrounds
