Appointment Setter (CT)

Job Description
Dear Applicants,

I'm looking for a Connecticut based sales administrator who has superior organizational and appointing-booking phone skills. Your phone voice and ability to build rapport instantly is vital to this position. When I interview you, I will know in 30 seconds whether you are a good fit for this position.

Note: I'm the Founder of an Business Improvement firm with a focus on technology. The highest and best use of my time is meeting new and existing clients and helping them optimize their system to lower administration, payroll and management expenses. You will be provided with only ideal leads. There are thousands - I just don't have the time to set up appointments with them.

I'm looking for someone who can book appointments in my East Hampton, CT office, keep my calendar full and accurate, coordinate onsite meetings with new and existing customers, and qualify prospects before scheduling consultations.

On another note: you will need to be completely independent and results driven. Where I'm weak in follow up, you are strong and willing to go the distance. You are my right hand and I expect you to keep the wheels turning so I can spend most of my time helping companies focus on improving their business and working with clients 1-on-1 to lower their operating costs.

If this sounds like you, please apply for this position - . I'm easy going, down to earth and fun to work with, BUT, I'm a stickler for results...

Fondly,
Chris Meacham
Managing Member
