CEO of an established, growing IT support company is seeking an experienced, technology-strong Administrative Assistant who will manage the CEO's schedule and be the key role in keeping his schedule and the team running smoothly. This is a full-time position, located in East Hampton CT. Nice team and office environment. Competitive hourly pay.
Job Responsibilities:
• Provides direct executive and office support to the CEO
• Manager the CEO’s schedule
• Facilitate meeting agendas to stay on task and completion of items
• Record meeting notes
• Own the responsibility of continuity of meeting notes follow up
• Manage some re-occurring tasks for clients
Requirements
• Minimum 3 years of electronic scheduling experience, preferred
• Minimum 3 years administrative experience, preferred
• Computer savvy – must enjoy using technology
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work with limited supervision
• Ability to work on-site and remotely from a home office, when necessary
• Ability to set priorities, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written skills
• Technical skills needed: MS Suite, electronic scheduling software experience, ConnectWise Manage is a plus
• Exceptional organizational skills and dedication to responsibilities
• Flexible; easily adapts to changing priorities
