What This Job Pays:

- $47,000-52,000. This is a temporary to regular position, with a 90-day evaluation for full-time employment.

* Bonus paid for experience with ConnectWise Manage and Automate.

Position Description:

Talking with clients or seeing them onsite will be your top priority. Understand their request and help them work towards a resolution.

Using our remote control software and our documentation tool to get an idea of what the client environment looks like, you'll be using software from cloud vendors like Microsoft Azure and USSignal, security vendors like Mimecast and Threatlocker to help and make the client experience better.

You Must Have:

- A helpful, friendly personality to work with customers
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communications skills - including spelling and grammar
- Experience working with Remote Desktop Connection and other various remote access; Windows networking, including TCP/IP; MS Office products; Active Directory; and DNS/DHCP.
