Help Desk Technician



Job Description
Our growing managed services IT business is in the need of a great, flexible IT technician that is a cut above the rest.

You may be the right fit if you:

What This Job Pays:
* $21.00-24.00/hour. This is a temporary to regular position, with a 90-day evaluation
* Vacation and Holiday Pay
* Eligible for 401k with company match
* Eligible for medical insurance reimbursement
* Reimbursed mileage @ Standard Rates
* Weekly lucnh meetings
* Birthday and Cakeday celebrations

$2,500 Sign-on Bonus if you have 1 year of experience with ConnectWise and Labtech

What You Will Be Asked To Do
* Engage in a customer focused and positive attitude
* Respond to customers technical problems - either onsite or remote
* Work with customers to diagnose, troubleshoot and fix Windows 7 and 10, networking, email, printing and MS Office problems, amongst other technical problems

You Must Have:
* A helpful, friendly personality to work with customers
* Helpdesk experience required
* Must have excellent oral and written communications skills
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* A+ and N+ certification required
* Experience working with Windows networking; MS Office products; Active Directory and Exchange a plus!

Work Environment:
* Smart web-based helpdesk tracking system for all helpdesk tickets, customer inventory, workflow
* On-Demand and Instant Remote Access to Remote Networks
* Always-on corporate network, complete with email, printing, IRC and other technologies to make our jobs easier
