Job Overview:

NuVu Pro is seeking an experienced and organized Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of projects across our programs. The ideal candidate is a proactive communicator, a problem-solver, and an advocate for creative collaboration. You will work closely with educators, designers, technologists, and clients to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with NuVu Pro’s vision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end project management for client and internal projects, from initiation through completion.

• Coordinate cross-functional teams including educators, designers, engineers, and external partners.

• Develop project scopes, timelines, and budgets; monitor progress and adjust as needed.

• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, providing updates and managing expectations.

• Use project management tools to track deliverables, milestones, and resource allocation.

• Facilitate team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and retrospectives.

• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively.

• Ensure high-quality outcomes aligned with NuVu Pro’s creative and educational standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Design, Education, or related field (Master’s preferred).

• 3+ years of project management experience, preferably in creative, education, or tech environments.

• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall).

• Proficiency in project management software (Asana, Trello, Monday.com, or equivalent).

• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, and creative environment.

• Passion for innovation, learning, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working with educators, schools, or curriculum development.

• Background in design thinking, STEAM education, or creative studios.

• PMP or other relevant project management certification is a plus.
