We're seeking a detail-oriented and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Client Relations Associate. In this position, you'll support client relationships, ensure their needs are met, and contribute to the successful execution of event marketing campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries, requests, and feedback.
- Assist in coordinating and executing event marketing campaigns, aligning with client objectives.
- Contribute to the development of strategic recommendations by preparing client proposals, presentations, and reports.
- Manage client accounts and projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and provide regular updates to clients for optimization.
- Support event logistics and coordination, including venue setup, inventory management, and on-site assistance.
- Foster strong client relationships, demonstrating dedication to their success and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field preferred.
