We are seeking a dedicated Community Outreach Representative to join our team. In this role, you will connect with local communities to promote our events and engage with potential participants.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with community members to promote our events and initiatives.
- Plan and execute outreach strategies to raise awareness about our company and upcoming events within the community.
- Attend community events, fairs, and meetings to network and represent our company.
- Distribute promotional materials and engage with community members to encourage participation in our events.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach materials and campaigns.
- Assist in organizing and hosting community events, workshops, and informational sessions.
- Gather feedback from community members to assess needs and preferences for future events.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and community contacts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, sociology, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for community involvement and making a positive impact.
- Previous experience in community outreach, event planning, or related fields is a plus but not required.
