Our event marketing firm is looking for a dedicated Community Relations Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in promoting our events and initiatives within local communities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with community members to promote our events and initiatives.
- Plan and execute outreach campaigns to raise awareness about our company and upcoming events.
- Attend community events, fairs, and meetings to network and promote our services.
- Work with marketing and event teams to create promotional materials and strategies tailored to specific communities.
- Assist in organizing and hosting community events, workshops, and informational sessions.
- Gather feedback and insights from community members to inform future outreach efforts and event planning.
- Monitor and track outreach efforts, including attendance and engagement metrics.
- Represent our company professionally and positively in all interactions with community members and partners.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, public relations, or a related field preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with diverse audiences.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in community outreach, event planning, or related fields is a plus but not required.
